Tasks
- Coordination and steering of global tender‑related activities
- Continuous improvement and automation of pricing processes and tools, incl. AI‑supported solutions
- Calculation of prices for all regular business requests (incl. tenders) and alignment with t:m sales units
- Conducting price simulations for regular adjustment rounds (e.g., annual increases, flight plan changes)
- Creation of calculators to support global Customer Service units
- Identification of price erosion areas and implementation of countermeasures
- Price data maintenance
- Ensure competitive, market‑oriented pricing for tenders and regular business
- Ensure profitability of t:m products and services with Key Account Manager and Operational Key Account Manager

Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Independent, solution‑oriented work attitude with fast apprehension
- Very good organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix setup
- Excellent intercultural skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong competency with Microsoft Excel
- Good data analytics skills, ideally with Microsoft Power BI
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global Sales, OKAMs, Network & Product Management, Customer Service, and BI/Analytics teams
- Severely disabled applicants will be given preference if equally qualified
