Tasks
- Responsible for the development of a holistic fleet strategy and the strategic planning of loading device fleets considering life-cycle cost, volume and forecast potential, customer contract terms and quality as well as developing and aligning ULD investment proposals
- Ensure commercially and operationally efficient, timely global supply of loading equipment for all customers
- Manage loading equipment performance, which includes technical and operational evaluations, as well as providing support for the relevant stakeholders with product modifications and improvements by manufacturers or customer request changes.
- Responsible for the loading equipment master data application DMA as Product Owner, ensure continuous transparency for customers and relevant interfaces through ongoing system updates

- University degree, ideally in Industrial Engineering and Management or knowledge from training or professional experience
- Relevant professional experience with solid project and process management expertise, and good knowledge of operational processes in logistics organisations.
- Results-oriented, strategic, and cross-company thinking and action
- Confident presence with excellent communication, negotiation and assertiveness skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, plus planning, coordination and decision-making ability
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and presentation skills
- Efficient and cost-conscious use of resources

- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Able to work under pressure; willingness to travel
