Manage individual and collective labor relations, ensuring proper application of labor regulations and collective agreements, providing administrative support in the department’s own management and assigned functions, as well as in collaboration with the rest of the team and designated areas 

Tasks

  • Analysis and processing of requests for specific working hours, reduced schedules, shift adjustments, and other modifications of working conditions, negotiating and documenting agreements reached, according to internal procedures
  • Prepare and review disciplinary actions (warnings, sanctions, dismissals, etc.), in accordance with current regulations and company and legal advisory criteria
  • Administrative tasks under the supervision of the Department Head
  • Prepare and collect documentation, in coordination with external advisors and the Department Head
  • Manage internal communication channels and employee support

Requirements

  • Preferably a university degree in Labor Relations, Law, Social Work, or similar
  • Previous experience in labor relations and administrative functions
  • Administrative and labor knowledge, adaptability, confidentiality, written communication, conflict management, and orientation toward technical rigor 
  • Functional English and Spanish skills (reading and written communication (Level C2))

Wings Handling SL is a 100% subsidiary of Eurowings GmbH and a part of the Lufthansa Group. The purpose of the company is to provide ramp and baggage handling services to Eurowings exclusively. The company currently operates in Palma de Mallorca (PMI) and Düsseldorf (DUS) and handles a total of more than 18.000 flights per year. Wings Handling employs around 150 people in Palma de Mallorca and Düsseldorf and additionally 200 in the summer season between March and October.
