Tasks

  • You analyse, digitize and optimize processes in Cabin Line Management
  • You create digital reports and evaluations
  • You prepare and follow up on meetings and workshops, including documenting the results
  • You support the coordination of appointments
  • You contribute to internal communication materials such as presentations and mailings
  • You take on tasks and projects independently

Requirements

  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
  • You are studying business administration, aviation management, human resources, computer science or a comparable course
  • You have a strong interest in digitalization, process automation and new technologies
  • You like to work in an organizing and coordinating manner and maintain an overview even with a wide range of tasks
  • You are highly committed and enrich the team beyond your own area of responsibility
  • You are experienced in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and ideally have some experience with Power Automate
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
