Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Identify the training needs together with the departments leads
- Prepare the yearly training plan and budgeting
- Schedule and administrate training events according to the approved training plan
- Control training related invoices and monitor training costs in SAP for the area of responsibility
- Maintain training products, events and training data (e.g. certificates) in LHT’s Training Management System (Ecadia)
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports
- Promote LHT’s Training Management System by assisting and advising its key users
- Specify and execute unbudgeted training requests according to the process
- Monitor and acting upon internal and external service level agreements
- Follow up on training plan, KPIs and escalation when necessary
- Liaison with and reporting to central Training

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or alternatively vocational training
- 2+ years work experience
- Relevant aviation and/or training field background is an advantage
- Self-organized and systematic
- Time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, to assess and analyze data (including commercial)
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
- Knowledgeable about learning management systems or e-learning platforms
- Computer literacy – MS Office applications, SAP is advantage
