Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Manage employment documentation, including contracts, amendments, terminations, and disciplinary records, in line with local labor law and internal policies.
- Oversee time and attendance data (leave, sick days, absences, remote work), ensuring accuracy across HR systems.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports (e.g. absenteeism, headcount, working time).
- Maintain high data accuracy and integrity within HR systems through regular checks and updates.
- Support HR process improvements, reporting, and system optimization.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees on employment relations and HR administrative topics.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal standards, identifying and addressing risks when needed.

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree in a relevant area (e.g. Human Resource, Business Administration, Economics) and 2 or 3 years relevant job experience
- Good knowledge of the labor legislation
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience with HR systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
