We are seeking a reliable Financial Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records in line with IFRS. The role follows well-established processes and offers a structured working environment.
Tasks
- Maintain accounting records, including revenues, expenses, and assets
- Perform basic depreciation calculations and update fixed asset registers
- Process payments and support liquidation activities with proper documentation
- Review and process travel expense reimbursements in line with company policies
- Assist in preparing financial data for reporting and audits
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal procedures
- Follow established accounting processes and support the finance team in daily operations
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Business English
- Knowledge of Albanian tax legislation is a plus
- Basic knowledge of German (Deutsch) is an advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
