Tasks
Working in training planning is certainly never boring: alongside scheduling long-term training requests, time-critical planning adjustments are also part of our daily business.
The role specifically involves the following tasks:
- System-based planning and management of training schedules
- Flexible adaptation of courses to meet customer requirements as well as operational needs
- Operational analysis and evaluation of (new) requests
- Managing, planning, and optimizing customer requests with the aim of maximizing the profitable utilization of our training resources
- Supporting the CoreWorks project (e.g. transferring data between different planning systems or supporting test phases)
- Taking on special tasks as required (e.g. providing support in local training administration)
