Tasks
Working in training administration is certainly never boring, as in addition to the careful preparation of training events, troubleshooting is also part of our daily business.
The role specifically involves the following tasks:
- Creating attendance lists in paper form or within the customer’s own Training Performance Management System
- Validating and archiving attendance lists after completion of the training
- Preparing and providing training materials at the start of the training
- Coordinating communication in irregular (IRREG) situations
- Issuing, sending, and archiving paper-based or electronic training certificates
- Administering trainees within the Learning Management System

Requirements

- Ongoing enrollment for the anticipated period of employment, preferably in the field of business administration, administrative management, or a comparable course of study
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- IT affinity (e.g. MS Office, Learning Management Systems)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness to work on-site on a regular basis
