Are you studying Business Administration or Communication Sciences and have an interest in marketing topics? Then, within the framework of this internship, you will be able to dive into the diverse world of marketing, support our team in various areas, and gain valuable hands‑on experience.

Tasks

Support in flight school marketing for the Lufthansa Group flight school European Flight Academy (EFA): 

  • Collaboration on social media campaigns, support of social media productions, development of social media posts
  • Support in social media community management
  • Assistance in planning and implementing information events and trade fairs aimed at recruiting future flight students
  • Support of the marketing team in various areas, such as website optimization, creation of presentations, preparation of internal communications for intranet posts, etc.
  • Opportunity to take on your own projects

Requirements

  • Enrollment at a university for the entire duration of the internship (a current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between Bachelor’s and Master’s studies (gap year)
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Enjoyment of organizational, strategic, and implementation-oriented tasks
  • Experience in working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of and affinity for social media, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Knowledge of graphic design programs is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel
