    The salary for this internship is EUR 1,477.38 - gross/month (38.5 h/week) in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

As an intern in Controlling, you will help to support the financial planning and control processes of Operations and create transparency for decision-making.

Tasks

Operations are the heart of an airline. As a controlling team, we support and accompany Flight Operations, Ground Operations and Technology in all economic issues and projects.  

  • You will be involved in the preparation and coordination of monthly and annual financial statements
  • You work on projects
  • You prepare ad hoc analyses on complex issues and evaluate business cases
  • You support the preparation of monthly forecasts and the planning of annual budgets for the operational areas
  • You work on targeted reporting of personnel costs, material costs and variable costs

Requirements

  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and an affinity for numbers
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working
  • You enjoy teamwork
  • You work independently and have a proactive way of working
  • You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • You have knowledge of SAP
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
