Tasks

As an Airport Administrative Support Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in responsibilities that may include: 

  • Prepare security authorization documents for IT / Repair equipment
  • Review and verify invoices
  • Request office supplies and stationery
  • Prepare official requests to authorities for stickers or TIAS (Temporary Import Authorization), and handle payments at the cashier
  • Prepare requests for vehicle slots & driving licenses / manage related paperwork for the LH vehicle
  • Prepare official documents and communications for AICM
  • Deliver manifests
  • Handle administrative payments related to AICM
  • Assist with crafts and materials for meetings and team activities
  • Support luggage delivery, collection, and coordination at LL / Terminal 2
  • Organize and review paperwork and materials related to OFC85, check-in, luggage handling, and immigration

 

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements

Bring your best self on board! These are the qualities and skills we’re looking for in our next intern: 

  • Student of bachelor’s degree in business administration, Administrative Management Technician, Engineering or Technical Support Technician, Customs Administration, International Trade or related
  • Intermediate / Advance command of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as invoice review and supplier coordination desirable
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
