Tasks

Your main tasks would be:

  • Plan, organize, and monitor tailor-made transport solutions for extremely urgent shipments until delivery  
  • Prepare quotations taking into account time constraints and economic factors  
  • Handle requests and requirements from international clients and partners  
  • Provide personalized, premium-level client contact and follow-up  
  • Draft and send transport documents and tracking reports  
  • Organize customs clearance operations with precision and efficiency
  • Negotiate rates with airlines and other network partners on an ad hoc basis  
  • Manage delicate situations and claims with professionalism and a smile  
  • Participate in the optimization of procedures and work processes

Requirements

With training as a freight forwarder or solid experience in a similar role - ideally in the AOG, aviation, or aerospace sectors - you stand out for your initiative, service-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills. 

Independent and committed, you thrive in demanding environments and enjoy stimulating challenges.

What are the formal requirements? 

  • Passion for logistics, particularly air freight; prior experience in the AOG environment is ideal  
  • An independent, solution- and goal-oriented working style, with commitment, reliability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility  
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and strong problem-solving abilities  
  • Fluent in French and English, with good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Availability to work shifts is essential
