Tasks
- You will be responsible for a clearly defined area of analysis and reporting within the digital product environment
- You will analyze customer feedback and usage data and derive actionable insights to inform product decisions
- You will create and further develop structured data overviews for customer onboarding (e.g., status, usage, rollout progress)
- You will design and develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel) that provide clear insights into KPIs, trends, and areas requiring action
- You will help prioritize new features and prepare decision-making materials on customer benefits and implementation costs
- You will work closely with product management, software development, and customer teams in an international, cross-functional environment
- You prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making documents that are clear and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders
- You actively contribute to customer onboarding as well as market, technology, and competitive analyses

Requirements
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of your degree program
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- Your academic background is in (industrial) engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field
- You enjoy working with data (experience with Excel, PowerBI, and/or Jira is a plus)
- You work in an organized and reliable manner and take on tasks independently and responsibly
- You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and communicating actively
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
