Tasks
The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a central role in managing the entire program. In close cooperation, you will support the planning, coordination and monitoring of all project activities and thus actively contribute to the success of the program.
- Overall coordination and control of the program
- Support in Jira (e.g. dashboard maintenance, reporting)
- Stakeholder management with all finance departments within the Deutsche Lufthansa AG
- Support through independent projects according to your skills, experience and interests
- Support with project controlling
- Creation and development of project plans, status reports and other project documentation
- Support in the preparation and implementation of meetings, workshops and presentations

Requirements

- At least in the 3rd semester of the degree program at the time of the internship in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or ideally with a focus on finance
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
