Tasks
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will perform the following duties:
- Coordinate disposition status and urgency with production and ensure communication with customer service and production
- Monitor and track all materials and repairs, including transportation routes that vendors ship to the Mobile Engine Services network
- Edit and solve clarification cases. Identify and evaluate critical parts for prioritization and escalation
- Initiate and coordinate the necessary steps with the appropriate vendors for troubleshooting
- Determine and check storage locations, supply times and degrees
- Ensure material availability and adjust parameters, master and reference data
- Identification of structural optimization potentials in the material supply chain and dissemination of knowledge to supply chain management
* All other duties as assigned or required by the Supply Chain Manager

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of two years of Supply Chain experience required
- Fluency in English language required
- Application-specific knowledge of IT systems for materials management and control such as SAP
- Excellent detail oriented
- Multi-task and work in a fast paced and stressful environment
- Willingness to travel
- Manage constant time pressure
- Work in excess of (8) hours per day and (5) days per week as required
- Availability outside regular office hours on short notice required
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Must occasionally move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across office for various needs
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
