Tasks
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Being a competent support regarding XYZ domain
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in English and German (optional)
- Communicating and building a good relationship with team and our customers
- Acknowledge and resolving customer requests
- Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to details
- Maintaining process database and documentation
- Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
- Active participation in the IT community
- Work with Product Manager responsible for respective system to better understand the technical background
- Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire LH Group
- Training new joiners & building knowledge base
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Master/Bachelor degree
- Min. 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous corporate experience
- High level understanding of technical aspects
- Knowledge related to domain (Procurement, Recruitment, HR Administration, Authorization Management, Tracking tools, Data analysis, etc.)
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
- Problem solving orientation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Willingness to expand knowledge and self-development
