Tasks

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Being a competent support regarding XYZ domain
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in English and German (optional)
  • Communicating and building a good relationship with team and our customers
  • Acknowledge and resolving customer requests
  • Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to details
  • Maintaining process database and documentation
  • Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
  • Active participation in the IT community
  • Work with Product Manager responsible for respective system to better understand the technical background
  • Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire LH Group
  • Training new joiners & building knowledge base

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

  • Master/Bachelor degree
  • Min. 1 year of customer service experience
  • Previous corporate experience
  • High level understanding of technical aspects
  • Knowledge related to domain (Procurement, Recruitment, HR Administration, Authorization Management, Tracking tools, Data analysis, etc.)
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
