Tasks

Your main tasks would be:

 

  • Manage local accounting and tax compliance (VAT, CIT, WHT)
  • Support financial statements, audits, and reporting
  • Handle tax filings, payments, and audits
  • Oversee cash management, banking, and guarantees
  • Support AP/AR processes and reconciliations
  • Ensure invoicing compliance and documentation
  • Coordinate with legal advisors on claims and cases
  • Maintain corporate and regulatory compliance
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies

Requirements

What are the formal requirements?

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of tax and financial regulations
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • MS Office (SAP is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Part-time role (18.5 hours/week)
  • Relocation support may be provided
