Tasks
- Define the product vision and roadmap for our material planning and inventory optimization modules.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business processes into clear user stories and requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, and business experts to deliver high-quality features.
- Validate delivered features and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and product metrics.
- Collaborate with airlines, MROs, and CAMO organizations to understand operational needs.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and material optimization processes.
- Solid mathematical foundation with a practical understanding of optimization and forecasting models and algorithms.
- Ability to translate complex technical and operational processes into clear product requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Master’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with forecasting techniques and machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA / FAA).
- Experience with complex ERP or MRO platforms such as SAP, IFS, or AMOS.
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise software, ideally in the supply chain field.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating within Scrum teams.
