Tasks

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from ideation to production, acting as a key expert for complex, high-impact use cases
  • Shape AI architecture / standards as a thought leader
  • Reduce time-to-market for AI use cases / ensure rapid deployment
  • Increase the share of AI use cases reaching production (beyond PoC)
  • Ensure strong business adoption / measurable impact
  • Scale successful AI use cases across teams and regions
  • Ensure cost-efficient implementation of AI solutions, particularly for LLM use cases
  • Monitor and optimize cost per use case / transaction
  • Improve LLM/API efficiency
  • Optimize infrastructure utilization
  • Drive standardization and reusable solutions
  • Guide cross-functional teams in designing and implementing AI solutions
  • Advise stakeholders on translating business needs into architectures

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar, with 10+ years experience
  • At least 4 years in AI, Machine Learning, or related field
  • 5–10 years in software development and solution/system architecture
  • Expertise in designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions
  • Strong knowledge of AI agent frameworks and modern architectures
  • Familiar with AI evaluation, monitoring, and limitations
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
  • Proven track record in complex, cross-functional topics
  • Skilled in architecture design and supporting technical decisions
  • Fluent in English; German desirable
  • Equal qualification: preference to applicants with severe disabilities
