We look for someone eager to grow at the intersection of data, analytics, and business impact. You’ll support the procurement team by maintaining databases, preparing reports and KPIs, working with Power BI and AI‑supported tools, and contributing to global hotel and transportation tender - from data preparation to partner negotiations.

Tasks

Data & Reporting Support

  • Support the team in maintaining and updating data in existing databases and Excel files
  • Assist with the preparation of basic analyses and reports related to hotel and transportation contracts, including the use of AI‑supported tools and workflows
  • Support ad‑hoc data requests and general administrative tasks within the procurement team

KPIs & Data Preparation

  • Help update and validate KPIs and underlying data inputs under the guidance of procurement experts
  • Support the preparation of analysis using Power Query and Power BI

Procurement & Tender Support

  • Participate in hotel and transportation tenders on a global level, including preparation and documentation
  • Support the team during negotiations with external partners

Requirements

  • You are in at least your 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship 
  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)

Analytical & IT Skills

  • Solid Excel skills; first experience with data analysis is an advantage
  • Interest in working with data, KPIs, and reporting
  • Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Power BI / Power Query and digital analytics tools
  • Openness to using AI‑supported tools for analysis and reporting

Working Style

  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to work independently after instruction
  • Willingness to support analytical as well as administrative tasks
  • Proactive mindset and strong motivation to learn

Communication & Collaboration

  • Good communication skills and confidence working in an international team
