Tasks

What you will do:

  • Manage large customer accounts and Open Loop product contracts
  • Oversee P&L, cost control, analysis & reporting
  • Negotiate contract amendments with sales and internal stakeholders
  • Drive product/process improvements and solve complex challenges
  • Collaborate on contract adjustments with business units
  • Provide written/verbal reports to customers and Aircraft Component Services management
  • Document processes and ensure procedural compliance
  • Ensure revenue and margin growth; prepare offers/business plans
  • Implement sales campaigns and customer satisfaction measures
  • Support key customers, coordinate ACS 
  • Build strong customer relationships, identify upselling opportunities
  • Optimize service provision, ensure contract compliance
  • Manage national/international customer communication
  • Lead special projects and tasks

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/Business Administration
  • 8+ years in customer relations/Customer facing / client servicing role, preferably in technical customer service/sales in Aviation/ Aerospace/MRO)
  • Need a legal work permit to work in location
  • Advanced Excel, SAP a plus
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Intercultural competency
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Creative and proactive approach to work
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
