Join our team for a 6-month internship where you’ll support real engineering projects, optimize processes, and help shape efficient production environments.

Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Support the engineering team in running design iterations, documenting change points and rationale
  • Draft or update work instructions, visual aids, and assembly guides for the high volume product
  • Assist in creating checklists, process sheets, and material flow diagrams
  • Support the creation of training materials for technicians
  • Help evaluate workstation layouts, material handling steps, and ergonomics
  • Support implementation of 5S practices and maintain documentation of improvements
  • Collaborate with logistics/material provisioning teams to analyze how components are delivered to workstations and suggest improvements
  • Assist engineers in coordinating small improvement activities with production staff

 

* Perform special assignments and support projects and special tasks within production engineering

Requirements

Step into the role of an Intern - Engineering LTCA, check the requirements below:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Experience in Distribution Center / warehouse management
  • Experience in aviation logistics and in handling aviation material
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German language desirable
  • Computer skills as user
