Tasks
While adhering to business framework conditions, defined customer requirements, quality standards, and performance indicators, you ensure a high level of operational stability in a 24/7 operation of Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs).
- Being responsible for ensuring a technically reliable, stable, and economical operation of the FSTDs
- Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the local team of simulator technicians
- Professional and timely personnel planning, taking into account economic requirements and cross-location coordination
- Compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance standards within the area of responsibility
- Close cooperation with other production sites within the LAT Group
- Taking on and leading projects as well as handling special tasks in technical, organizational, or process-related areas
- Strategic further development of the area: Identification and implementation of initiatives to optimize training operations
