Tasks

  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
  • Support and lead change initiatives, including restructures and transformation projects
  • Coach and guide managers to strengthen leadership capability
  • Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies
  • Use people data and insights to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role – minimum 3 years
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Able to work both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing change and transformation
