Tasks
- As Pricing Manager (all genders) you maximize our revenues by identifying customer's willingness to pay and balancing opportunities with displacement costs in the leisure segment
- You independently develop and define pricing, product, and distribution strategies for your markets – and build tailored price portfolios for leisure travelers
- You ensure our offers are displayed correctly and are highly sellable across all relevant distribution channels
- You continuously monitor market and revenue trends, derive actionable measures, and drive their implementation
- You shape the future of revenue management by developing methods, processes, and tools, and by creating innovative pricing and analysis concepts for the leisure segment
- You take ownership in cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with colleagues across departments

Requirements
- In addition to your degree in economics oder related fields, you bring several years of relevant professional experience in tourism or revenue management
- A proven track record of professional experience in pricing / revenue management is a strong advantage
- You’re highly skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You combine IT affinity with strong analytical skills
- You bring flexibility, organizational talent, entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking – and you’re able to present complex issues with clarity and precision
- You’re eager to innovate and thrive in cross-functional environments
- You communicate fluently in English and German
- You ideally have project management experience to round off your profile
