Tasks

When you join our team, you will: 

  • Develop and monitor team KPIs, implementing measures to achieve targets
  • Drive proccess implementation and optimization related to strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Ensure clear and proactive communication with customers, acting as a key interface between the team, internal departments and clients
  • Monitor shipments and operational workflows in real time, by taking corrective actions in case of delays or disruptions
  • Perform operational analyses aabout the team performance
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the operational team and coordinate the handling of complex and time-critical shipments
  • Work closely with the Team Leader, take ownership of delegated topics and act as a deputy in their absence
  • Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment

Requirements

You match our need, if you have:

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or relevant experience
  • Experience in transportation or logistics operations at least 4+ years 
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive, reliable and able to handle operational challenges independently
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
