Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Develop and monitor team KPIs, implementing measures to achieve targets
- Drive proccess implementation and optimization related to strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Ensure clear and proactive communication with customers, acting as a key interface between the team, internal departments and clients
- Monitor shipments and operational workflows in real time, by taking corrective actions in case of delays or disruptions
- Perform operational analyses aabout the team performance
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the operational team and coordinate the handling of complex and time-critical shipments
- Work closely with the Team Leader, take ownership of delegated topics and act as a deputy in their absence
- Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or relevant experience
- Experience in transportation or logistics operations at least 4+ years
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive, reliable and able to handle operational challenges independently
- Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
