Tasks

The Key Account Manager (KAM) - Closed Loop is responsible for:

  • Support and develop clients, and carry out necessary coordination for the services of the Aircraft Component Division. Act as interface with internal stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and work to resolve discrepancies as they occur
  • Responsible for cost controlling, revenue and profit management of the customer contract. Prepare, review and coordination offers and business plans and if necessary, prepare board approvals
  • Ensure the provision of services, identify improvement potential and develop measures for optimization together with the business units
  • Identify upselling potential in existing customer contracts. Prepare technical documentation for negotiations with customers and prepare sales campaigns and marketing initiatives

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • University or technical college degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Relevant professional experience in a customer relations / client servicing role, preferably in technical customer service/sales, maintenance of aircraft or material management
  • Very good knowledge in customer service, sales or negotiation
  • Very good commercial risk management and financial analysis skills, especially in flat rate pricing
  • Very good analytical skills and ability to structure
  • Fluent in English language
  • Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) is an advantage
  • Ability to work within teams
  • Self-confident and responsive appearance / contact behavior
  • Good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to handle stress
