We are currently looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to take ownership of SAP Fieldglass applications supporting contingent workforce processes, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding for German entities.

Tasks

  • Own and manage SAP Fieldglass application and related HR IT solutions
  • Ensure smooth operation of contingent workforce processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding) for German entities
  • Act as the primary contact for German business stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Operations)
  • Handle 3rd level support activities
  • Ensure compliance with local German labor law requirements and regulations
  • Manage end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle including cooperation with external agencies and suppliers
  • Support and optimize processes related to contractor engagement models relevant for the German market such as service-based contracts and contractor agreements
  • Ensure proper system support for hiring managers, agencies and external workers within SAP Fieldglass
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management for contingent workers including compliance with German labor and procurement regulations
  • Act as a coordination point between hiring managers, agencies and IT to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, Business, or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT product management or application management
  • Experience with HR IT applications: must have (with SAP Fieldglass preferred)
  • Solid understanding of contingent workforce processes (recruitment, onboarding)
  • Experience working with German business entities or processes
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management and provider management
  • Experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • German: C1/C2 (mandatory – daily work with German stakeholders)
  • English: min. B2
  • Experience in managing contingent workforce including cooperation with agencies and handling contractor or service-based agreements is an advantage
