Tasks

  • Analyze processes and operational data to identify trends that require action or improvement
  • Create, adjust, optimize, and interpret SQL queries to extract data, identify patterns, and generate insights 
  • Model data and workflows to support automation initiatives
  • Use modern technologies and AI to drive continuous process improvements and automation
  • Gather and integrate data from sources such as PNR, Sales, SIRAX, CORONA/Analytical Data Warehouse, and future platforms like One Data Platform/Operational Data Storage
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, KNIME, Tableau, SAP/SIRAX, cloud analytics platforms, and AI technologies to analyze data in the context of usage audits and Revenue Accounting processes
  • Identify meaningful data patterns and trends that signal areas for corrective action or optimization
  • Collaborate closely with requesting departments and cross‑functional international teams
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to visualize and communicate insights effectively

Requirements

  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree or at least completion of the 3rd year of studies, pref. in economic / statistics / mathematics / IT disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in service delivery, pref. in revenue accounting
  • English B2-C1 level
  • Knowledge of E2E Revenue Accounting processes - nice to have
  • Knowledge of Revenue Accounting IT systems, e.g., OneRes (PNR History, E-Ticket Database), SAP (Beach, Sirax), Altea, SAMBA, Accertify, CORONA/ADW (reports)
  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, power query, analytical functions, data visualization)
  • Knowledge of the various reporting and data visualization methods such as BI tools (Tableau, KNIME – dashboards, charts, graphs)
  • Knowledge of SQL queries
  • First experiences in Java or Python
  • Good knowledge about process improvement techniques (LEAN/KAIZEN methodology)
