Tasks

The Customer Service Manager - C&E product is responsible for:

  • Manage the customer relationship, such as organizing performance review regularly & communicating closely, to identifying Customer potential complaint & Pro-actively resolve them promptly
  • Strong on communication & negotiation with the internal & external customer
  • Coordinating business units within LHT/LTS to meet customer requirements
  • Assume financial & performance responsibility for small accounts
  • Identify & pursue up-selling opportunities for existing customers
  • Independently manage all the operational issues 
  • Responsible for Key-user functions to maintain the customer service knowledge within the team
  • Working with IT systems, such as SAP, E-bat, MAX-LRU, SAP
  • Monitor KPIs, improve end-customer transparency in KPI reporting & ensure targets are met

Requirements

Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements 

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Logistic, Business administration or equivalent
  • Relevant professional experience in a customer relations, customer servicing, sales or material management role, in C&E product of aviation field
  • Working experience in maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO), Aircraft component or C&E distribution company or similar
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills in English & Chinese
  • Knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability & self-driven motivation
  • Willing to travel extensively within China & Germany
