Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Operate and continuously improve the idea-to-execution framework, enabling effective management of digital projects
- Implement and communicate governance, guiding teams through project intake channels and resource planning
- Collaborate with product owners, process centers, IT, and developers to assess proposals, define solutions, and identify dependencies and risks
- Facilitate alignment between technical, operational, and business stakeholders across multiple sites and time zones
- Lead collaboration forums, digital awareness campaigns, and communities of practice to drive adoption, knowledge sharing, and a forward-leaning digital culture
- Develop and deliver upskilling programs in data literacy, M365, and practical digital use cases

Requirements
The ideal Manager, Digital Transformation must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Innovation, Information Systems, Communications, Change Management or related field required
- Master’s degree desirable
- 2-5 years’ experience in digital transformation, program management, process improvement, or a related leadership role required
- Fluency in English language required
- MS Office skills
- Excellent detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent quality consciousness
- Excellent ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer orientation
- Excellent intercultural awareness
- Proven ability to influence, coordinate, and lead across a matrixed organization
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
