Tasks

The HR Specialist  is responsible for:

  • Provide high standard of professionalism in HR administrative tasks that matches business partner needs
  • Increase effectiveness & efficiency in administrative HR tasks
  • Handle administrative HR responsibilities accurately & professionally
  • Deliver bases for decision taking & fulfil legal requirements
  • Coordinate with other regional/local HR roles & Shared Service Centers
  • Drive future standardization of HR administrative tasks
  • Internal Finance team, PO Comp & Ben, Co-determination, legal department, finance department, external lawyer, other HR departments
  • Legal requirements, tariff contracts, company agreements, internal guidelines & procedures
  • Readiness of shared service centers
  • Local labor market specifics
  • External payroll provider requirements

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • High school certificate, A level/ Abitur or equivalent required
  • Bachelor or equivalent preferably in the field of Human Resources, Legal, Social Sciences or Business Administration required 
  • 1-3 years of work experience in HR, ideally with international background
  • Alternative; Vocational training and 3-6 years of working experience in personnel management and successful further education in Personnel specific topics with a certificated from a higher education institution place 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English 
  • MS Office, SAP as user
  • Excellent detail oriented 
  • Excellent quality consciousness 
  • Excellent oral & written communication
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess permit to work in the country of assignment
