As the Head of Controlling, you hold overall responsibility for all controlling processes within LAT. You ensure the effective financial management of the company, act as a strategic business partner to the management team, and continuously develop the controlling function. You lead a committed team and ensure full transparency regarding the financial and economic performance of the organization.

Tasks
- Overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and financial steering
- Delivery of all controlling inputs for financial statements, incl. variance and performance analyses
- Development of concise, management-ready reporting for executive management and stakeholders
- Acting as business partner to internal functions, incl. scenario and ad-hoc analyses
- Proactive management of financial risks and compliance with group standards
- Responsibility for tax-related controlling topics and audit-proof documentation
- Driving cost transparency, profitability initiatives and process automation
- Leadership and development of the controlling team

Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting or
equivalent qualification - Several years of leadership experience in finance, ideally in an international environment
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial steering
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business mindset
- Very good knowledge of BI tools, MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Strong communication skills and proven leadership capability
