Tasks
The Senior Manager - Financial Services II is responsible for:
- Lead, motivate, develop, & guide 12-15 employees. Onboard new employees, conduct trainings, provide feedback
- Operationally, establish activities & responsibilities in Management Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Tax Accounting & other areas of Financial Services requirements from Lufthansa Technik Group
- Align on Key Performance Indicators with Lufthansa Technik Group
- Ensure timely, high quality & reliable financial services to Lufthansa Technik Group Finance & Accounting
- Onboard & train employees on Finance processes, ensure knowledge transfer & training
- Establish relevant Finance & Accounting knowledge in the team
- Drive a culture of trust & ownership within the team & within LTSI
- Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar is preferred
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance/Shared Services area, preferably within a multi-national company & a big-4 audit company
- Minimum 5+ years in a Leadership/Managerial role
- Strong expertise & knowledge of end-to-end Accounting (IFRS) and Corporate Finance, in preparing & auditing Financial Statements, General book-keeping, Management Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Transfer Pricing and Tax Accounting
- Good knowledge of SAP & Power BI dashboards
- Finance Automation/Digitalisation initiatives
- Strong skills in training, coaching, guiding, & developing employees
- Excellent written & verbal communication, time management & self-organization skills
