Tasks

Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Involvement in the recruitment process: assisting with the selection and support of our applicants
  • Supporting pre-onboarding and onboarding processes: helping to organise and run orientation days for new trainees
  • Organisational and administrative support during recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Exciting projects aimed at further developing technical training

Requirements

  • At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of your degree
  • Enrolment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, written confirmation of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor’s and master’s degrees (gap year)
  • Interest in human resources management, training or communication
  • Organisational skills, team spirit and a passion for working with people
  • Independent, reliable and structured approach to work
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
