Tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for supporting Lufthansa Group customers
- Establishing long-term and sustainable customer relationships
- Identifying and implementing development potential
- Implementing corporate strategy in your own customer portfolio
- Developing, negotiating and concluding contracts
- Managing and collaborating on customer-specific projects
- Working closely with internal interfaces and maintaining the internal network
- Analysing and optimising training costs in collaboration with customers and internal interfaces
- Analysing and optimising sales data within your own area of responsibility
- Organising customer events and trade fair visits

Requirements
You meet the following requirements:
- Completed degree in economics/business administration or a comparable field, or commercial training in the airline industry with a successfully completed degree from a vocational academy.
- Several years of sales experience with proven success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to cooperate and work in a team, as well as structured, independent working style
- Analytical thinking and strategic understanding
- Very good German and English skills
- Intercultural competence
- Experience in project and process management is an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively
