Tasks

In daily operations you are a part of the heart of the Lufthansa & Discover fleet, supporting other colleagues providing a single POC for pilots & technicians. With your technical expertise you play a key role in Lufthansa’s operations helping to ensure safe & punctual flight performance

  • As part of the team, you provide 24/7 support to the MCC during daily operations
  • Approval of deferrals in accordance with MEL/CDL by pilots and technicians
  • Dealing with technical queries over all LHA Fleets including Cabin items
  • Flexible and ready to grow within the role

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent, including a valid EASA Aircraft Maintenance Licence (advanced level – CAT B1.1 or B2)
  • Experience with Airbus A320Fam aircraft type is desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance especially on A320 Fleet
  • Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations
  • An additional qualification relevant to the described role is expected
  • Very good English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in common software tools
  • Open to learning new IT applications
  • Must posses a legal work permit in Thailand
