Tasks
You will support our team in day-to-day operations and strategic issues - and gain exciting insights into all talent acquisition processes for DLH AG:
- Support in the development and implementation of strategic recruiting topics
- Supporting the recruiting managers in their activities along the entire recruiting process chain (creating and publishing job advertisements, reviewing applications, communicating with applicants, coordinating interviews, conducting interviews, processing recruitment orders)
- Preparing and supporting the organization of applicant days
- Ensuring the Day 1 readiness of applicants by checking documents and authorizations
- Supporting data analysis and interpretation of defined recruiting and marketing KPIs
- Supporting HR Marketing and Employer Branding in campaign planning and designing internal initiatives that bring our corporate culture and values to life

Requirements
To do an internship with us, you must be in at least the third semester of your Bachelor's degree. You should also meet the following requirements:
- You should be enrolled for the entire duration of your studies (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with your application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Preferably you are studying in the fields of business administration, economics or social sciences
- You have a talent for organization and support the team with your structured approach to all administrative tasks
- You are team-oriented, have good communication skills, enjoy HR topics and thrive when dealing with other people
- You are familiar with the common MS Office programs
- You have analytical skills and knowledge in dealing with data and know how to interpret it
