Tasks
The Sales Executive is responsible for:
- Perform flight planning tasks to optimize revenues
- Perform sales activities on joint venture partner airline capacity
- Help the customers to find the right product & pro-actively sells transport solutions in collaboration with the Handling department
- Processes customer requests, performs bookings according to the Cargo Booking Manual
- Booking standard & special products which includes OAL (other airline) segments & conducts loadability & profitability check before rate offering
- Processes charter requests with Network-on-Demand team
- Manages account data in CRM management tool & communicates updates
- Support sales team to achieve revenue & other budgets set for the year
- Share information about activities, offers, strengths & weaknesses of market participants
* Participate in other duties as assigned
Behind the scenes
Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- 2-3 years cargo sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent
- Good Command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
- Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
- Shift work is required (including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
