• Clarification of complex individual enquiries and special cases in the international payroll environment
• Close cooperation with related departments such as Global Mobility and international interfaces
• Analysis of process deviations and handling of exceptions and complaints
• Initiation, support and implementation of process changes and new payroll processes
• Communicating new or adapted processes to internal stakeholders and clients
• Collaborating on the further development of operational processes together with department heads, process architects and the Quality Management department
• Ensuring and maintaining process documentation as well as creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Independently processing payroll statements
