Tasks

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts across Benelux, UK, France, Germany, and Central Europe
  • Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement account plans, revenue strategies, and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate across global teams in Sales, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Product
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, with proven success as an Account Manager in Aftermarket/Logistics+
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • Experience working in a global, multi-national matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High team spirit and collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain delivery models is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel

 

Salary range: EUR 60.000 – EUR 80.000, incl. 8% vacation allowance, depending on experience
