Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow strategic accounts across Benelux, UK, France, Germany, and Central Europe
- Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement account plans, revenue strategies, and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate across global teams in Sales, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Product
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Requirements
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, with proven success as an Account Manager in Aftermarket/Logistics+
- Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term partnerships
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Experience working in a global, multi-national matrix organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain delivery models is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
Salary range: EUR 60.000 – EUR 80.000, incl. 8% vacation allowance, depending on experience
