You will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Payroll & HR Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop expertise in payroll administration, compliance, and employee support.
You will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Tasks
- Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee payroll records (new hires, terminations, changes)
- Support time and attendance data validation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with payroll reporting and audits
- Monitor and track the training budget, ensuring expenses are aligned with the annual plan
- Support benefits administration and related payroll entries
- Maintain and properly archive employee personnel files ensuring accuracy, and confidentiality
- Track, organize, and update employee documentation and archives in accordance with legislative changes and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or HR administration
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with payroll systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
