The LX Admin Services Team is dedicated to managing HR administrative processes for SWISS ground and flying personnel, as well as employees of SWISS Branch Offices and external staff. The team handles entry and exit processes, organizational management, employee benefits, and maintaining personal data. They are also responsible for creating employee documents and generating Excel reports.

Tasks
- Execute standard HR processes from the area of team responsibility
- Answer general questions with regard to processes from the assigned area of responsibility via email/phone/post or any other channel (may seek support from more experienced team members)
- Conduct error analyses of own mistakes, report them and propose solutions in order to eliminate issues from daily operational work
- Make sure that in assigned area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy is maintained
- Use corporate quality tools in HR area and takes necessary actions (may seek support from more experienced team members) to prevent possible errors
- Use actively internal procedures; provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) with improvement ideas
- Update relevant internal documents and files as assigned by Team Leader
- Maintain standards of professional communication
- Assist in trainings New Hires according to onboarding plan defined by Team Leader or Senior HR Advisor
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or completion of at least the 3rd year of studies
- At least 1 year of professional experience in HR or customer service processes (preferably in SSC or BPO environment) in a junior role
- Very good German skills – min. B2
- Good English skills – min. B1
- Service and customer-oriented

- Good command of MS Office
- Very good communication skills
- Diligent and systematic approach to work
