We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our LOGA Team. The HR Advisor is responsible for providing administrative support in one or more specialized HR functions such as Personnel Administration. The role involves working closely with our key clients: Eurowings Discover, City Airlines, City Line and Lufthansa Aviation
Tasks
- Independently execute standard and complex processes within the team’s responsibility
- Handle calls and emails professionally and in a timely manner
- Manage Service Recoveries: conduct error analyses and provide comprehensive solutions to the end customer upon supervisor approval
- Support Team Leader and Senior Advisors in operational tasks (calls, statistics, reports, workshops)
- Use corporate quality tools in HR and take necessary actions to prevent errors
- Ensure service level agreements are met regarding timeliness and correctness
- Prioritize tasks and carry out activities according to urgency
- Maintain high-quality service and contribute to a positive image of LGBS
- Willingly acquire new knowledge and take on more complex tasks or new scope
- Independently search for information to reduce knowledge gaps and propose solutions
- Develop and update internal procedures; act as Subject Matter Expert for processes assigned by Team Leader
- Provide training for New Hires
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or completion of at least the 3rd year of studies
- At least 1 year of professional experience in HR or customer service processes (preferably in SSC or BPO environment) in a junior role
- Very good command of German (written and spoken), minimum B2 or as required by the service
- Good command of English (written and spoken), minimum B1 or as required by the service
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Good command of HR-related tools (e.g., VIVA, SAP)
- Team player
- Analytical and conceptual mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent time and task management
- Strong communication skills
- Service and customer-oriented
- Willingness to travel
- Comfortable working with computers
