Tasks
What you'll do
- Set strategy & vision for Booking Finalisation & Payment. Define a clear North‑Star together with the Head of Product and translate it into measurable squad KPIs and roadmaps
- Manage risk & compliance: collaborate on payments, vouchers, accessibility and legal/compliance guardrails
- Diagnose and improve the funnel: identify drop‑offs per step (Review, Checkout/Payment, Confirmation), validate hypotheses, and raise step conversion and payment success while safeguarding reliability and accessibility
- Lead execution: write crisp user stories, maintain a KPI‑aligned backlog, facilitate refinement & reviews, and accept increments based on quality and non‑functional needs
- Partner deeply with Engineering/Design/Data: engineering owns solution integrity; design owns UX quality; data owns measurement—you own outcomes
- Own experimentation: frame hypotheses, define KPIs/MDE, run A/B tests and publish results with roll‑out/rollback criteria
- Communicate with clarity: keep a living Opportunity–Solution Tree and Decision Log; align stakeholders with a simple “why → what → how” narrative

- Experience working with cross‑functional squads and influencing without line authority
- Strong backlog ownership: user stories, acceptance criteria, definition of done, iterative delivery

- The ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with a large set of stakeholders across Eurowings Digital and Aviation
- Business‑fluent English
What you'll bring
- A customer‑obsessed, analytical mindset and comfort digging into data to find leverage

- Calm, clear communication that keeps momentum high, even amid ambiguity
