Tasks
The Finance Officer activities involves, among others:
- Support in preparation of financial statements and other related documents
- Prepare data for tax declarations or support in the declaration thereof; check discrepancies in relevant internal accounting systems (e.g. SAP, SIRAX CARAT)
- Support in tax audits/surveys by local authorities; support in collection and compilation of data subject for auditing
- Check guarantees and insurance policies. Ensure customs processes
- Upload entries for tax and other local payments & clarify unclaimed payments
- Coordinate with consultants & advise responsible finance colleagues regarding the changes in taxation laws and compliances, etc. Follow up on tax refunds and legal cases concerning taxation
- Ensure compliance with local requirements related to Corporate Accounting
* Takeover of additional tasks when required

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in local Tax and Accounting compliance and customs regulations
- Knowledge of English both written and spoken
