Tasks

  • The Working Student supports the iQSA LAT Process Management team in developing, documenting, and improving processes across LAT.
  • Key tasks include coordinating workshops, maintaining process models in ProX, supporting KPI and data analysis, and ensuring proper record and action tracking.
  • The role also assists in administering ProX and acts as deputy for IQSMS tasks, helping maintain system accuracy.
  • Additionally, the student contributes to communication, training, and daily operational support to strengthen Process Management maturity in LAT.

Requirements

  • enrolled in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality or similar field
  • strong interest in Process/Quality/Safety Management
  • proactive, structured, and eager to learn
  • excellent human‑relationship and communication skills
  • strong analytical abilities
  • reliable and independent working style
  • very good English and German skills
  • confident with MS Office
  • familiarity with BPM or process modeling tools is an advantage
  • comfortable working in international environment and collegues
