Tasks
The Finance Specialist activities involves, among others:
- Support with preparation, audit, submission & publishing of financial statements in accordance with local legal regulations and coordinate with accountants, auditors and internal stakeholders
- Follow up changes in local regulations & coordinate with the responsible finance colleagues in order to keep country specification up to date
- Risk management (financial/tax/legal)
- Perform the annual Internal Control assessment via internal risk assessment tools in a timely manner and identify gaps or errors in the processes
- Supervise the fulfilment of local business administration tasks (e.g. company registration/registration of company representatives/e-Signatures/GDPR/handling of PoAs)
- Ensure compliance with local requirements related to Corporate Accounting
* Takeover of additional tasks when required

Requirements
Are you ready to Take off with us, know more about the requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of international tax laws and treaties
- Ability to interpret and apply complex tax laws and financial principles
- Fiscal knowledge
- Treasury knowledge
- Excellent skills of written and spoken English & Spanish language
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
