Tasks
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or completed vocational training with 5 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality management
- Plan and implement occupational health and safetey measures (e.g. Gefährdungsbeurteilung), coordinate first responders (e.g. Erst-/ Brandschutzhelfer)
- Prepare and post communications regarding front office and facility
- Take on (sub-)projects and special tasks for and deputize for the disciplinary superior
- Perform other tasks and/ or projects, as assigned
- Functional guidance and development of less experienced co-workers, interns, working students and (vocational) trainees

Requirements
- Bachelor & 3 years or vocational training & 5 years professional experience preferably in the fields of hospitality management
- Strong communication skills and high intercultural competence
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Confident, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- High service orientation
- Computer literate (i.e. MS Office and relevant software)
- Fluent in English and German
